Mirai
Logistics Group | DX / AI Advisor (Independent, Contract)
2026-06 to Present, Remote
- Advise the executive team (CEO and directors) of a Japanese
logistics group on where AI can and cannot be applied to their
operations, delivering findings and staged rollout plans directly to
them.
- Designed and shipped an AI document-classification pipeline into
production: an LLM agent decides the destination, a scheduled Apps
Script performs the moves under a destination whitelist, and every
action is written to an audit log and announced to Slack by a bot.
- Built the rollout as a series of reversible stages (dry-run, sandbox
folder, then production) and obtained explicit stakeholder sign-off at
each stage before widening scope.
- Ran a security and infrastructure review of the group’s SaaS estate
and internal systems; delivered prioritized findings to the executive
team.
Stack: GCP, Google Workspace, Apps Script, Slack API, Python, LLM
agents.
